R2- 43 Review

There are 10 real posts on the blog. There are 12 altogether, but two are blank 'spam' posts.
As of this stage, we feel that this is enough posts.
A detailed shot-list is missing, although the storyboard is very detailed.
The idea is good; the idea of a story told in a boy's unconscious is an interesting one and one we feel that a young child could 'get into'.
The genre is quite clear. We assume that this will be an adventure/fantasy story.
We feel that what is written is appropriate for an opening sequence. Perhaps, however, slightly too much goes on for two minutes' worth of film.
This could easily be shot in college; there are ditches and doors, which are the only two features referenced.
The analysis is very detailed. The choice of film to analyse, Monster's Inc., as a good one. This is because a lot goes on in the first 120 seconds of Monsters Inc.
In the analysis, the reference of how important doors are in the rest of the film is a particularly interesting point.
The storyboard is varied and clear enough. Perhaps it could be beneficial to do a bit less in the time frame. However, it is clear that the group knows what they are doing. The storyboard is clear.
